Cimex Inc. and BYD Proudly Announce the Establishment of Cimex BYD Charity Foundation

Kathmandu – Cimex Inc. Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of BYD Auto Industry Co. Ltd. in Nepal, in collaboration with BYD, the global leader in New Energy Vehicles (NEV), has proudly announced the establishment of the Cimex BYD Charity Foundation. This foundation marks a new chapter in Cimex's commitment to giving back to society through meaningful, community-focused initiatives.

During the launch event, Mr. Liu Xueliang, General Manager of BYD Asia Pacific Auto Sales Division, revealed that for every BYD vehicle delivered from the foundation's inauguration, NRs. 10,000 will be donated in the buyer’s name to the Cimex BYD Charity Foundation. This initiative reflects the shared vision of BYD and Cimex to engage the community in making a tangible impact.

Additionally, Mr. Anil Shrestha, Chairman of Cimex Inc. Pvt. Ltd., announced that Cimex will contribute NRs. 1 crore to kickstart the foundation’s activities. This generous contribution showcases the leadership’s unwavering dedication to supporting social causes.

The foundation will focus on key areas such as education, healthcare, and sustainable development, aiming to tackle some of society's most pressing challenges. The collective donations and efforts will work towards improving the quality of life for people in Nepal and contributing to the country's overall progress.
